How it Works (Testosterone Propionate)

Testosterone (Propha® – Testosterone) acts mainly in two ways: it attaches to androgen receptors in the body, or it converts to estradiol and activates specific estrogen receptors. Once free testosterone enters a cell, it either binds directly to the receptor or is converted into DHT through the enzyme 5-alpha reductase.
